## 2015 ABF Freight Load Team

Dockworkers from 10 ABF FreightSM Service Centers were selected for membership in the 2015 ABF Freight Load Team, an elite group of top freight-handling professionals from distribution centers throughout the ABF Freight North American network.  
   
 Established in 1994, the program is designed to show appreciation to exceptionally talented individuals who handle less-than-truckload freight.  
   
 “Load Team members are selected by our branch managers and regional vice presidents of operations,” said Murray Babb, ABF Freight vice president of terminal operations. “Selections are based on the dockworkers’ safety record, their involvement in our Quality Process and focus on teamwork, personal integrity and ability to load trailers in an optimal fashion – a skill that facilitates the safe, timely and efficient movement of shipments."  
   
 The Load Team program was established not only to honor outstanding performance but also to draw upon dock employees’ insights regarding dock procedures and equipment. The 2015 Load Team members and their service centers are:
