### Dashboard overview

When you log in, you’ll be greeted with a dashboard view that summarizes all current shipments. You’ll see:

And with the ability to pin shipments to a Watchlist, you can easily keep track of freight that needs extra monitoring.

### In-depth shipment details

Clicking into a specific shipment provides a detailed view, including party location details, freight info, available documents and shipment history.

### Shipment milestones and alerts

Milestone tracking is a feature that breaks down each stage of the journey. Milestone notifications include:

- Pickup scheduled
- Shipment picked up by carrier
- In transit updates at key locations
- Arrival at destination service center
- Out for delivery
 
These details are particularly valuable for managing multiple deliveries, giving you the chance to allocate staff or resources for receiving shipments when they’re expected.

Available alerts include pending appointment, delivery updated and delivery delayed. These help explain any changes in the delivery process.

You can access all necessary documents directly on the platform, including:
