Project Information

  • New project requests generally require 2 weeks for completion. Without approved content, the timeline increases to a minimum of 3 weeks.
  • GL code is a general ledger account number where expenses for production, if required, can be charged.
  • A subject matter expert is defined as someone the content team can work with to correctly convey the messaging when writing the content for the project.
