Fort Smith, Arkansas, August 8, 2014 – ArcBest Corporation (Nasdaq: ARCB), today announced the launch of a new customer-facing website called theskillandthewill.com featuring real-life stories of people at the ArcBest companies going above and beyond to create transportation and logistics solutions on behalf of thousands of customers every day.

The ArcBest companies and brands – ABF FreightSM, ABF LogisticsSM, Panther Premium LogisticsSM, FleetNet America®, U-Pack® and ArcBest Technologies – apply the skill and the will with every shipment and supply chain solution, household move or vehicle repair. 

“We created this website to share stories of our successes, which are really our customers’ wins,” said ArcBest President and CEO Judy R. McReynolds. “Our goal is to provide real examples of how ArcBest can apply our Skill and our Will to the toughest logistics challenges.” 

With the acquisition of Panther Premium Logistics in 2012 and the formation of ABF Logistics last year, the ArcBest companies offer holistic solutions to complex supply chain needs, including less-than-truckload shipping, truckload brokerage and intermodal, warehousing, transportation management, ocean, premium logistics, ground expedite and air forwarding, in addition to household moving services and repair and maintenance of medium- and heavy-duty vehicles.
