ArcBest LTL carrier ABF Freight was named a TQL 2024 LTL Preferred Carrier, highlighting the company’s quality service, strong partnerships, volume growth, efficient claims process and proactive communication.

ArcBest ranked No. 12 on Training magazine’s 2025 Training APEX Awards list, which recognizes companies that champion training and development. This is ArcBest’s 11^th time in the top 20 and 16th time on the list overall.

ArcBest ranked No. 24 on the 2025 FleetOwner 500: For-Hire list, up three spots from 2024. The list recognizes the largest motor carrier and commercial fleet operations in the United States based on driver and equipment counts.

ArcBest was named one of America’s Best Large Employers of 2025 by Forbes and Statista, ranking #364. This is the fourth time we’ve been named on the list strengthening our position as a leading place to work across the U.S. and in the transportation and logistics industry.  

ArcBest truckload service, MoLo^®, was named a Descartes MacroPoint Top Carrier for the first half of 2025, highlighting the company’s dedication to providing the highest levels of performance and compliance.

ArcBest was named a 2024 EPA SmartWay Leader in the Information System and Data Innovation category for our City Route Optimization (CRO) technology that we’re using in ABF’s LTL operations. This award honors companies driving change, impacting industry operations, leading freight efficiency performance and sustaining freight environmental excellence.

MoLo, ArcBest’s truckload service, was recognized for the fifth consecutive year on Built In’s Best Places to Work list — appearing on the 100 Best Midsize Places to Work in Chicago and 100 Best Places to Work in Chicago lists. The annual awards program recognizes the top employers in the country, including companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprises. Companies were evaluated based on criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.

Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive selected ArcBest’s Vaux Smart Autonomy™ as an overall winner for this year’s Top Software & Tech Awards in the Warehouse Automation category. This recognition spotlights new-to-market software and technology solutions that enhance automation, efficiency and visibility in the supply chain space.

ArcBest was recognized as one of America’s Most Responsible Companies 2025 by Newsweek and Statista, ranking No. 378 and placing 8th in the Transport & Logistics industry. This is the second consecutive year ArcBest has ranked on this list, which highlights companies that care about doing the right thing, from helping the environment and supporting people to operating responsibly.

ArcBest was named Best Trucking Company in Arkansas Money & Politics’ (AMP) Best of 2024 Awards, which recognizes the best businesses, people and business people the state has to offer across dozens of categories. Winners are nominated and voted on by the readers of AMP Magazine.  

ArcBest was named a winner of Fast Company’s Next Big Things in Tech Awards in the General Excellence category, for Vaux Smart Autonomy. This prestigious recognition highlights our groundbreaking approach, ingenuity and the potential impact of our autonomous material handling technology. In 2024, Next Big Things in Tech Award winners spanned 28 industries, including AI and Data, Space and Telecom and Health.  

ABF Freight was named a 2024 BNSF Railway Sustainability Award winner. This award recognizes companies on the cutting edge of sustainability. It highlights achievements in several categories, including supply chain efficiencies, sustainable technology implementation and the use of additional rail in the supply chain to support environmental initiatives and growth.

ArcBest was named to “The Elite 30” list in the Women in Trucking Association’s 2024 Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation award program. This award recognizes companies with corporate cultures that foster gender diversity, offer competitive compensation and benefits, have flexible hours and work requirements and provide professional development and career advancement opportunities.

ArcBest was awarded Gold in the River Valley Democrat-Gazette Best of River Valley Awards program in the Logistics and Transportation category. This award is voted on by community members and recognizes businesses, organizations, and people that support, serve and do business in nine counties across the River Valley. In 2024, over 999,000 votes were cast across dozens of categories.

MoLo^®, ArcBest’s truckload service, was named a 2024 Top Food Chain Provider by Food Chain Digest. This recognition highlights how MoLo stands out in food transportation, logistics, distribution and supply chain management.
