ArcBest ranked No. 43 on the Top 100 Logistics Companies list and No. 19 on the Top Freight Brokerage Firms list by Transport Topics in 2026. These lists are produced based on companies’ annual gross revenue and also include information on employee data and freight solutions offered.

ArcBest earned the Fort Smith area 2024-2025 United Way Chairman’s award for the highest total giving during the 2025 campaign year, reflecting our commitment to making a difference in our communities through corporate pledges and employee fundraising.

ArcBest is one of America’s Best Employers for Company Culture for the second consecutive year according to Forbes and Statista. The 2026 recognition highlights our people-first approach of treating employees with fairness and respect, listening to their feedback and empowering them to take initiative and develop new ideas.

ArcBest’s LTL carrier ABF Freight earned the ATA Excellence in Security Award for a record 12th time, becoming the only carrier to earn this many wins and receive this honor three consecutive years. The award is a testament to our sustained leadership in security practices and protecting our employees, customers’ freight, facilities and equipment.  

ABF previously received the award in 2024, 2023, 2019, 2016, 2015, 2011, 2009, 2007, 2005, 2004 and 2001. 

ArcBest was selected as a 2026 Best Company for Women (large companies) by Comparably. This recognition is based on anonymous feedback from female employees about their satisfaction with their organization’s executive leadership, career growth opportunities, compensation and more. 

ArcBest received the Training Magazine Training MVP Award for the 17^th time, ranking No. 15 on the 2026 list. This recognition once again reflects our excellence in employer-sponsored training and development. 

ArcBest was recognized as one of Forbes’ Best Large Employers of 2026, recognizing the culture we’ve built and our commitment to offering our people a supportive workplace where they can thrive, personally and professionally. Rankings were based on employee sentiment about salary, work environment, benefits and opportunities to advance.

ArcBest’s truckload service MoLo was recognized as a Built In Best Place to Work for the 6^th consecutive year. This award recognizes companies with benefits, compensation and company cultures that are setting the standard for today’s workforce. MoLo appeared on the 100 Best Midsize Places to Work in Chicago and 100 Best Places to Work in Chicago lists.

U-Pack, a service of ArcBest, was named a Readers’ Choice 2026 Best Storage Container Company by Newsweek. Chosen by industry experts and voted on by readers, this award recognizes companies helping reshape moving and storage through greater flexibility and convenience. U-Pack ReloCubes are easy to load, easy to park and easy to store belongings, making long-distance moves simpler for customers.

ArcBest is one of America’s Most Responsible Companies of 2026 by Newsweek and Statista for the action we’re taking toward sustainable excellence and being a responsible corporate citizen. This is the third consecutive year ArcBest has been named to the list, earning us Newsweek's’ “3 Year Champion” designation, and supporting our long-standing commitment to drive change and our mission to connect and positively impact the world.  

ArcBest ranked No. 148 on the 2025 Best for Vets Employers list by Military Times for supporting veterans in our workplace and helping them thrive in transportation and logistics careers.

ArcBest LTL carrier ABF Freight was selected by BNSF as a 2025 Sustainability Award winner for standing out as an industry leader in sustainable freight. Winners were selected based on significant achievement in at least one of several categories, including investments in sustainable infrastructure, supply chain efficiency, sustainable technology implementation, sustainability leadership and partnerships with like-minded organizations. This is the second time ABF has received this award.

ArcBest ranked No. 19 on the Commercial Carrier Journal’s 2025 list of Top 250 For-Hire Carriers, highlighting us as an industry leader based on revenues, fleet size and number of drivers. 

ArcBest received two awards in the 2025 Best of River Valley Awards by the River Valley Democrat-Gazette — winning Gold in the Logistics category and Silver in the Best Places to Work category. These awards are voted on by community members and celebrate local businesses that make the Arkansas River Valley unique.
