Winter Weather Impact — Inbound to Texas and Georgia

Recent winter weather hit supply chains across the U.S., severely disrupting transportation networks as a result. While most operations have resumed, we're still focused on restoring and rebalancing LTL capacity for our customers.

Due to continued backlog in concentrated areas, beginning Wednesday, March 3, ABF Freight will not pickup LTL shipments inbound to Texas and Georgia. Our goal is to resume pickups for inbound shipments to all cities other than Dallas and Atlanta on Friday, March 5. Our plan is to return to normal business operations the week of March 8.

We understand the hardship this may cause and are working to minimize the impact on your business. Continue to check this page for service updates. If you have a critical shipment that must move into these areas during this time, please call 800-874-2061 or contact your ArcBest account manager for alternative shipping options. For specific shipment status information, please track your shipment here.
