Use this tool to file or update a loss and damage claim, upload supporting documentation, and view the status of a current or past claim.

How to File a Claim with ArcBest

  1. To start your claim, fill in the required fields on the “Loss & Damage Claims” form, and click Begin Filing.
  2. Enter your information in the required fields and upload supporting documents (e.g., original invoice, replacement/repair invoices and images).
  3. When all fields are complete, click File Claim to submit it. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after.

Once you’ve submitted a claim, you can check its status or make changes by clicking Check Claim Status and entering the Pro or Claim Number.
