ArcBest Recognized for Its Exceptional Quality Service
ArcBest was again awarded multiple Quest for Quality awards by readers of Logistics Management, highlighting our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and performance excellence. For four decades, these awards have been regarded as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence in the transportation and logistics industry.
This year, ArcBest and our best-in-class LTL carrier ABF Freight® were named winners in five categories: Intermodal Marketing Companies, 3PL Transportation Management, Household Goods & High Value Goods, Expedited Motor Carriers (ABF), and National LTL Carriers (ABF). This is the seventh year ABF has been named a top National LTL carrier, also receiving the award in 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2015.
For 100 years, ArcBest has been serving customers with excellence, finding ways to get the job done no matter what. We use our technology, expertise and capacity to connect shippers with the solutions they need — from everyday transportation solutions like LTL, truckload and expedite to fully managed supply chains. We serve as a trusted advisor and go beyond what some may recognize as traditional customer care by putting our customers at the center of everything we do — we call it “customer obsession.” We listen, understand their needs and continuously look for opportunities to make it easier for them to do business. Winning these five Quest for Quality awards is a testament to our dedication to always keeping our customers’ needs at the forefront.

With the help of Peerless Research Group, Logistics Management distributes the annual Quest for Quality Awards survey from January to May. This invitation-only survey allows qualified shippers to evaluate the carriers, 3PL service providers and U.S. port operators they regularly do business with across all modes and services. Voters use a five-point scale to rate a variety of components, including on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, equipment, operations, order fulfillment, transportation and distribution, inventory management and logistics information systems. Over 3,500 ballots were cast during the 2023 survey.
