Explore ArcBest’s Sustainability Journey in our 2022 ESG Report
ArcBest’s fourth annual ESG report highlights our progress on building a more sustainable, inclusive and safer organization and world — while simultaneously addressing customers’ needs and helping to keep the global supply chain moving.
Our 2022 report discloses ArcBest’s official ESG Roadmap, which incorporates and connects the areas of ESG identified as most important to our stakeholders, business and industry. Additionally, we restructured the report to align with the three components of ESG — Environment, Social and Corporate Governance — providing clearer communication about ArcBest’s new and existing sustainability initiatives.
“As a leading logistics company and a pillar in our communities, we have a responsibility to prioritize ESG initiatives most pertinent to our organization, stakeholders and industry,” said Judy R. McReynolds, ArcBest chairman, president and CEO. “Through developing our ESG Roadmap and aligning with our mission to connect and positively impact the world, we continue to integrate ESG more fully into our business strategy. Our 2022 report details actions to improve operational efficiency, enterprise-wide safety and security, our customers’ and employees’ experiences and the places where we live and work. As we celebrate our 100th anniversary, we’re encouraged by the progress toward a more sustainable company and supply chain, and we look forward to the bright future ahead.”
