ArcBest’s Belonging Advisory Board members represent various races and ethnicities, tenures, campuses and experiences, all working together to support the organization’s talent needs. Their mission is to enable a welcoming and accepting environment where everyone respects differences, mindfully engages with each other to form relationships and has a collective sense of belonging.

Workforce
A well-rounded workforce can better serve a growing customer base. That’s why we continuously connect with and recruit from a variety of talent pools. This includes technical schools, community colleges, public and private universities and veterans transitioning out of service.
Workplace
Our employees’ experiences and perspectives matter to us. Through our employee surveys, focus groups and learning and development, we listen to our people and help them feel welcome, safe, and valued.
Marketplace
ArcBest partners with a broad network of vendors, owner-operators and carriers to provide supply chain resources and drive sustained economic impact and growth. We regularly review our processes to ensure their information is accurately captured in our systems.
Community
For decades, we have served countless communities surrounding our 250 campuses and service centers. Through our philanthropy efforts we’re committed to deepening our impact by formalizing employee volunteerism and corporate giving efforts and supporting the education of employee dependents.
