MoLo recognized as a superior third-party logistics provider for food shippers
ArcBest® Truckload Service, MoLo®, has earned a spot on the 2023 list of Top Food Chain Providers by Food Chain Digest, the official magazine of Food Shippers of America (FSA). This award recognizes industry-leading transportation providers that excel in capabilities and service to food transportation, logistics, distribution and supply chain management.
In 2022, the FSA developed the Top Food Chain Providers program to highlight 3PLs, freight brokers, motor carriers, rail/intermodal and maritime companies that have solid reputations and understand that missing deliveries for perishable items is not an option. Through this program, food shippers are more aware of selecting providers that can successfully help them navigate food chain challenges. This award demonstrates MoLo’s expansive knowledge of the food transportation industry and our commitment to providing a seamless, safe, best-in-class food chain process.
To qualify for the award, candidates must generate at least U.S. $5 million in gross global sales and provide quantifiable evidence of how their company, product and/or service has enabled them to solve complex business challenges for food shippers, including an example of a notable achievement within the past 12-18 months. The Food Chain Digest’s editorial team reviews the nominations to confirm candidates meet the requirements threshold, and then the final candidates are placed on a ballot and the industry votes. For the 2023 list, MoLo was one of 25 candidates named a Top Food Chain Provider by a panel of nearly 6,700 peers and industry leaders.
