Ongoing Facility Enhancements Strengthen ArcBest’s Commitment to Customers and Employees
ArcBest® LTL carrier ABF Freight® continues to make significant progress on our Facility Enhancement and Growth Roadmap, completing 15 additional projects since our February update. So far this year, we’ve added more than 70 dock doors and modernized employee workspaces with updated, efficient features.
These strategic upgrades are designed to:
-
Increase capacity in key markets
-
Enhance customer experiences
-
Provide ABF employees with improved resources and more comfortable facilities
Today, ABF operates 240 service centers with over 9,500 dock doors across our network.
“ABF has earned a strong reputation for reliable, damage-free freight delivery — a result of continued investment in the people, facilities and equipment that power our network,” said Matt Godfrey, ABF Freight president. “When we launched our multi-year facility plan in 2021, we set out to raise our service standards. The progress we’ve made puts us in an even stronger position to deliver innovative, premium LTL solutions our customers can count on.”
ABF’s expansive nationwide network remains a key differentiator for LTL shippers, offering tailored solutions for companies of all sizes and industries. Every day, our people go the extra mile to respond to customer needs, partnering with them to achieve their goals and grow their business. This dedication is why ABF has consistently outperformed industry benchmarks in the Mastio study — earning top marks for customer satisfaction year after year.
