Guidelines for annual business meeting, teambuilding, and on-site and off-site activities
This policy provides guidelines for President’s Club 2024 Members and Guests while at The Coeur d’Alene Resort, Coeur d’Alene, ID for the annual business meeting, teambuilding activity, as well as on-site and off-site scheduled activities offered for the period June 5-9, 2024.
Members and Guests – Please carefully review all information provided.
Annual Business Meeting
All Members, with the exception of retired Members and Members retiring within this year, are required to attend the scheduled President’s Club business meeting on Thursday morning, June 6th. No Member activities will be scheduled during this time.
Teambuilding Event
A special teambuilding event is scheduled Thursday afternoon, June 6th, immediately following the President’s Club business meeting and lunch. All Members and Guests are required to participate.
Scheduled Activities
President’s Club 2024 activities, both on-site and off-site, are specifically chosen for the entertainment and enjoyment of our Members and Guests. Activity selections for each Member and Guest should be submitted during your online registration. Please review the Activity Portfolio for a description of each activity offered.
ArcBest will cover activity expenses for:
- Two activities per Member (one activity per Member per day on Friday, June 7th, and one activity per Member per day on Saturday, June 8th)
- Two activities per Guest (one activity per Guest per day on Friday, June 7th, and one activity per Guest per day on Saturday,June 8th)
Reservations are limited for some activities. Confirmation of your activity selections are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered in the order they are received based on the date and time your selections are submitted during registration.
ArcBest is required to guarantee activity reservations for payment prior to the date of the President’s Club event. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after your activity selections are submitted at registration.
All Member and Guest individual activities selected at registration, including departure and return times, suggested dress, and duration of activities, will be confirmed and posted in the ArcBest President’s Club mobile app which will be released prior to the President’s Club event.
Please arrive and check-in AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to your scheduled activity. While President’s Club activities are scheduled for individual Members and Guests, other Members and Guests may be participating in the same activities at the same time(s).
Cancellations or no shows for your selected activities at President’s Club 2024 will be at your own expense and reimbursement by the Member to ArcBest for missed activities will be requested.
Any purchases made by Members and Guests of any sporting equipment, clothing, or retail purchases, including golf balls, golf shoe rental or other merchandise, are considered incidental charges and should be paid for at the time of purchase or charged to your individual room account and paid at the time of check-out or reimbursement by the Member to ArcBest will be requested.
Members and Guests participating in activities that are not scheduled and confirmed by ArcBest will be charged to your individual room account and must be paid at the time of check-out or reimbursement by the Member to ArcBest will be requested.
Any additional activity expense incurred that exceeds the allowed cost per activity per day will be at your own expense and reimbursement by the Member to ArcBest for the exceeded amount(s) will be requested.
