ArcBest Wins Inaugural Western Arkansas Business of the Year Award

On Oct. 1, 2019, ArcBest received the inaugural Western Arkansas Business of the Year Award.

The Talk Business & Politics program, sponsored by Oklahoma City-based OG&E, is designed to highlight efforts of local businesses as well as consider their future impact on the Fort Smith region.

ArcBest Chairman, President and CEO Judy R. McReynolds accepted the award.

Also recognized were First National Bank of Fort Smith as Small Business of the Year, Fort Smith Brewing Company as Startup Business of the Year, and the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education as Charity/Nonprofit of the Year.

“OG&E congratulates these four companies for being selected as a Western Arkansas Business of the Year. Their recognition as the first recipients of this new award is a testament both to their commitment and significant contribution to our vibrant, growing region,” said Rob Ratley, OG&E community affairs manager.
