As an ABFer with direct contact with shippers, the Ellenwood, Georgia city driver has developed a sixth sense when it comes to changes in the local economy he serves. Ralph's expertise is invaluable to the company in meeting the changing requirements of customers in the Atlanta metropolitan service area.
Ralph was one of the four semi-finalists from the 1992 and 1993 ABF Road Teams selected for nomination to the America's Road Team. He made the national team in 1993. He has been a city driver with ABF since 1976 when he joined the company at its Atlanta terminal. He has achieved 20 years of safe driving.
Active in his community, Ralph is a volunteer with the Boy Scouts and other youth groups. He served as a city councilman in 1984 and 1985. He remains active in city, county, and state politics, and is also a member of the trustee board at his church. Ralph and his wife, Elaine, reside in Ellenwood, Georgia.
