Investing in people and technology to provide better experiences for our customers and increase access to capacity.

Hiring approximately 1,000 dock workers and drivers across the ABF network, and around 800 additional logistics professionals in roles across ArcBest

Purchasing additional equipment for the ABF network
- More than 400 new road tractors

Adding approximately 200 new power units to our expedite fleet and van and reefer trailers to match customer demand for truckload services
