ArcBest Announces Agreement to Acquire MoLo
We’re excited to share that the MoLo team is joining ArcBest®. With access to more than 70,000 carrier partners, this addition nearly doubles the size of our capacity base, expanding our ability to meet our customers’ critical supply chain needs and making ArcBest a top 15 truckload broker in the United States. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Founded in 2017, MoLo is one of the fastest growing freight brokerages in North America. The Chicago-based company was recently ranked No. 1 in the Transportation & Logistics industry on the 2021 Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America list. With a focus on trusted customer and carrier relationships and a deep desire to offer excellent supply chain solutions, they have rapidly grown their customer base and revenue, outpacing industry benchmarks. Based on current growth trends, MoLo revenue is projected to be approximately $600 million in 2021.
