ABF completed 25 facility projects in 2025
ArcBest® LTL carrier ABF Freight closed 2025 with significant progress on our Facility Enhancement and Growth Roadmap, completing 25 projects and adding over 100 doors to our network. Additionally, in the second half of 2025, we finished remodels at our Bloomington, Illinois; Des Plaines, Illinois; Kinston, North Carolina; Reading, Pennsylvania; San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Louis, Missouri; and Waynesboro, Virginia, service centers.
Since 2021, we’ve added approximately 800 dock doors nationwide, bringing our total to 9,600+ across 240 service centers. These investments boost capacity, improve service reliability for customers and create better work environments for employees.
“Every ABF service center investment is made with our customers and people top of mind,” said Matt Godfrey, ABF Freight president. “Expanding capacity, modernizing dock operations and adding new locations helps us reduce bottlenecks and move freight faster. At the same time, we’re creating more welcoming and efficient workspaces that our people want to be in. We’re excited to build on this momentum in 2026 with even more enhancements across our network.”
