MoLo Recognized for Exceptional Service Levels for their ISO Shippers
ArcBest® truckload service, MoLo®, was recently awarded the Isometric Technologies 2023 ISO Excellence in Service Award. This award, now in its third year, recognizes the top 50 logistics service providers that delivered exceptional service for their ISO shippers despite a challenging environment in 2023.

Shippers face more pressure than ever to deliver on time and in full, and this award demonstrates MoLo’s unparalleled commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and dependability while delivering successful outcomes for our customers.
ISO Excellence in Service Award winners were selected based on their ISO score — a composite performance metric comprised of factors including tender acceptance, on-time pickup and on-time delivery. Criteria for winners include having done at least 500 shipments in 2023 for at least one ISO shipper or earning an engagement score greater than 0 on the ISO Scorecard. More than 3,630 carriers were evaluated for the 2023 award.
