ArcBest earns elite status for empowering women in logistics
ArcBest has been named a “Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation” by the Women In Trucking Association (WIT) for the third year in a row (2023-2025), earning the distinguished “Elite 30” status once again.
This recognition is based on how we champion women across the organization, with a workplace culture that supports gender diversity, work-life balance, competitive pay and benefits, and growth and development opportunities.
“In an industry that never stops moving, the women at ArcBest are instrumental in keeping supply chains strong. Their dedication, innovation and leadership are essential to how we serve our customers, move freight and deliver excellence every day,” said Erin Gattis, ArcBest chief human resources officer. “Being recognized for a third consecutive year tells us that women across trucking and logistics see ArcBest as a place where they’re supported and encouraged to grow and thrive. We’re honored to receive this recognition from Women in Trucking.”
More than 21,000 professionals across executive management, operations, safety, HR/talent management and driving roles voted on the companies that best support women in the workplace. Companies that received the highest number of votes earned a place in the “Elite 30.”
