Improved transparency & more details
If you’re an ArcBest customer using ABF less-than-truckload services, we have good news! We recently launched an enhancement on arcb.com that gives you more details and information about your pickups — for improved planning, resource allocation, and a more efficient supply chain. We’re committed to making it easier for you to do business, and this improvement is a step in that direction.
You can now access more detailed information on pickup statuses, including when:
- A pickup gets assigned to a driver
- When a driver is en route to pick up
- A pickup request is rescheduled or canceled
Another notable feature of this new experience is that you can now track your ABF LTL pickup requests on arcb.com using the pickup request number without logging into your account. This makes it much more convenient to keep track of pickup requests, even when you’re on the go.
Who benefits from this new functionality?
This new pickup visibility experience is available for ArcBest customers with ABF LTL shipments who are using arcb.com or have API or EDI integrations. If you’re using arcb.com to view pickup statuses, you’ll notice the statuses the next time you track a pickup request.
