CEO and leadership teams recognized for exceptional, dedicated leadership
ArcBest recently received two Comparably Best Places to Work Awards for Best CEOs for Women (large companies) and Best Leadership Teams (large companies). This is the third consecutive year ArcBest Chairman, President and CEO Judy R. McReynolds has been honored on Comparably’s list of Best CEOs for Women, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to making ArcBest a leading place to work for all individuals.
Both recognitions are part of Comparably’s 2023 Best Places to Work series and are based solely on anonymous employee feedback and awarded quarterly to top-performing company cultures. The Best Leadership Teams award is based on feedback from all employees while the Best CEOs for Women considers information from female employees only.
Official rankings are compiled based on the previous 12 months (May 2022-May 2023) of feedback from 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies and are determined by questions related to leadership preferences, style and success. The answer to each question is given a numerical score and then compared to companies of similar size. To qualify, large companies (more than 500 employees) must have met a minimum of 75 employee participants. For fairness and statistical significance, additional weight is given to companies with more participation from their employee base relative to company size.
