Panther's customer service ranked best in industry

Panther Premium LogisticsSM grabbed top honors for customer service in Logistics Management’s 30th Annual Quest for Quality Awards. Panther, an ArcBest company, received its ranking in the award’s expedited motor carriers category, and ranked fourth overall, along with ABF FreightSM, which ranked 9th in the category. Panther scored well on other metrics as well, achieving above-average grades in on-time performance, information technology and equipment & operations.

The Quest for Quality Survey is based on the rankings of qualified Logistics Management readers who rate companies in the transportation and logistics industry, measuring customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
