Judy R. McReynolds is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ArcBest®. Under her visionary leadership, ArcBest has evolved into a multibillion-dollar integrated logistics company, expanding its solutions to support business operations across a variety of industries and leading the way with cutting-edge technology that helps keep the global supply chain moving. Judy has over 30 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, including over 27 years with the company. In 2010, she was named ArcBest president and CEO, and in 2016, she was elected Chairman of the Board of ArcBest Corporation. Most recently, in August 2024, she transitioned to ArcBest Chairman and CEO, overseeing the company’s long-term strategy, including a drive toward innovative solutions. She is the only member of the company’s senior management who serves on the board. Building on ArcBest’s 100-year legacy, Judy has led the strategic transformation of the company into a full-service integrated logistics company with the agility to pivot quickly to meet customers’ changing needs. Her experience, values-driven leadership approach, focus on excellent customer experience, and commitment to conducting business in a way that helps build a safer, more sustainable company and world have solidified ArcBest as a leader in the logistics industry and a pillar in the communities where we operate. Judy sits on several outside boards, including OGE Energy Corp., First Bank Corp. and First National Bank. She is a member of the Wall Street Journal CEO Council and of the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Board and Executive Committee. After serving as chair for eight years, she recently retired from the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI). Judy contributes to education in Arkansas as a member of the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and as a director of the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Foundation Board. Additionally, she was honored as an inductee to the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame in February 2023. A Certified Public Accountant, Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
